| ACTIVITIES |
CLIMGAS’s mission statement, which is entirely non-profitmaking, is as follows:
a) To promote the spread of air conditioning adopting thermally driven appliances that use gas (whether natural, LPG, biogas, or other), directly or indirectly, as their primary fuel;
b) To gather, disseminate, and supply technical data and reports of a kind that will foster the correct use of gas-fired appliances in air conditioning systems;
c) To conduct promotional campaigns, research and technical, normative, and standardization studies and economic and market research and statistics work;
d) To prosecute by all appropriate means third parties who in any way damage the association’s work and cause disruption on the air conditioning market, thereby prejudicing the members’ interests;
e) To ascertain, or, where appropriate, to have appointed agencies ascertain that the appliances manufactured, or in any case placed on the market, present the technical and performance characteristics stated in the relevant catalogues and price lists;
f) To maintain technical and cultural relations with other agencies and associations, both in the country and abroad, operating in the same or allied sectors, and to perform any work that, even if not expressly laid down, may be included in the purposes of the association.
